1:1 ADHD coaching for teens, parents & adults.

ADHD might be the word that explains your past ……but it doesn’t tell you what to do next.
Once you get your ADHD diagnosis your brain starts rearranging your memories and giving them meaning.
Even though things make sense now, you may still feel confused about what to do from here……the label doesn’t actually help you with unfinished plans, difficult decisions, self-doubt or relationships.
That’s where I come in.
The label is only the beginning.
Understanding your brain isn't the same as trusting yourself or knowing what to do with that information.
Knowledge can explain your past, but it does not automatically give you direction.
That's why I created Your Unique ADHD Map.

REVeAL
Understand the patterns that have shaped your life.
Reframe
Decode
Separate how your brain works from the judgements you’ve carried about yourself.
Work out how you make decisions, plan, communicate, recover, ask for support, relate to others and follow through.
DEsign
Turn that knowledge into decisions, boundaries, routines and ways of working that fit you.
I bring four perspectives into every coaching session: my own later-recognised ADHD, parenting a neurodivergent child, more than 30 years in classrooms, and a Master of Special and Inclusive Education.
Meet heidi
I have lived, parented, taught and researched ADHD.
I spent over 40 years apologising for who I was.
I apologised for being:
“too talkative”
“the ring leader”
“a forgetful scatterbrain”
“messy and disorganised”.
And like so many others, I tried to change myself ………
until I understood my brain. 💡
Now I want to help as many people as possible do the same.
