Real ADHD Parenting - 3 Hour Workshop for Parents
$45.00

If you’re raising a child with ADHD, you already know the overwhelm.

This is not another generic parenting workshop.

This is a small, in-person session designed for real life based on my 30 years of teaching in secondary schools, my lived experience AND my recent Master in Special and Inclusive Education.

In this 3-hour workshop, you’ll learn:
• what’s actually going on in your child’s brain (in practical, everyday terms)
• how to navigate school and advocate without feeling dismissed
• what to actually do at home - routines, executive function, and those tough moments

This is an intimate group (limited to 20 parents), so you can ask questions, share openly, and feel understood by people who truly get it.

You’ll leave with:
• clarity about what’s going on
• practical strategies that actually work
• a clear next step - not more confusion

Workshop Details:
Saturday 30th May
12–3pm
The Place, Charlestown.
