stop apoligising for who you are.
This is for
The woman who has been called too much and spent years believing it.
The one who has worked twice as hard to appear half as capable and is exhausted from the performance.
The woman who finally has the word for it, and still doesn't feel like she has permission to be at ease in her own life.
The one who is done with just “surviving”.
You've spent your life trying to be less -less chaotic, less intense, Less …….. you. You shapeshifted and tried to fit into rooms that were never built for how you think, feel, or move through the world.
And it has come at a high price. Yourself.
This work is not about managing your ADHD better. It is about meeting yourself, maybe for the first time, and understanding why you are the way you are.
And once you see yourself through a new lens, something shifts. You feel not just relief, but pride. Pride in the brain you have. The woman you are. The life that becomes possible when you stop apologising for her and start building around her instead.
Coaching Packages 2026
-
The Reveal - $175
This is for when you're exhausted from not understanding yourself.
In one 60-minute session, we start to make sense of you. Not the surface stuff, but the real patterns underneath - the how and why of what you do.
You leave with something you didn't have before: a clearer picture of yourself. And 7 days of check-ins from me, so that clarity doesn't disappear the moment real life kicks back in.
-
The Reframe - $520
Three sessions to start seeing yourself differently, and build from there.
This isn't about routines, strategies or productivity. It's about understanding the person underneath the label and who you want to be. We work through your patterns, your identity, and what a life built around who you actually are could look like.
Support between sessions is included because this work doesn't happen in 60-minute blocks alone.
-
The Design - $1000
This is the deep work. Six sessions to overhaul the way you understand yourself - not just your ADHD, but you. How you relate to yourself. The story you've been carrying. What shame has cost you. What pride could give back.
This is identity reconstruction. By the end, you won't just understand your brain better. You'll trust the woman who has it.
Priority support and weekly check-ins throughout because you've been doing this alone for long enough.

FAQs
-
I get to know you first. I want to know who you are, what your vibe is, and what makes you tick (and what gives you the ick). Once I know what lights you up we can use this to spark a flame in your regular, day-to-day chores and activities that you might struggle with. We work on one thing at a time. We practise together before you take your new skills out in to your real life. I value your strengths and leverage these at all times.
-
Therapy often explores past experiences and emotions, while coaching is future-focused. We work together on setting goals, finding strategies, and creating positive routines that actually stick.
-
The cost of each session is roughly the same as a private tutoring session with an experienced and highly qualified teacher (me).
-
When I work with teenagers, I insist on the family getting involved too so that everyone feels confident and equipped to support the ADHDer. I help families understand and interpret medical or school documents, prepare for and join in school meetings, build positive partnerships with the young person’s teachers and school, and provide strategies to support them at home.
-
I recommend having at least three sessions so we can dig deep and make change. The little seeds I plant with you take time to grow. You leave my sessions with a plan to practise one skill. I check in with you to follow up, and then at our next session, come back to add to your toolbox.
-
No. While ADHD is a focus area, I also support people who are autistic, dyslexic, or simply looking to better understand their unique brain and learning style. My coaching is neurodiversity-affirming and inclusive, based in neuroscience, and collaborative.
-
Most sessions run for anywhere from 30 minutes up to 1 hour. Sessions can be done face-to-face at a studio in Newcastle, or online. Weekly or fortnightly sessions work best to maintain momentum, but we can adjust depending on your needs.
-
Any neurodivergent adult or teenager, or their family, who is seeking support and advocacy.
-
Absolutely they can. I’ve spoken at Independent secondary schools, primary schools and conferences. I always dig down to the core of your needs and create my presentations to meet them head on.
