ADHD Coach Newcastle
Heidi Lindgren
if you’re looking for an ADHD coach in Newcastle, you’re in the right place. ADHD coaching works alongside you to help you understand your brain, clarify what matters most, and build strategies that actually work in your real life, not just on paper.
I offer ADHD coaching in Newcastle, and online, for adults, teens and parents, with a strengths-based, neuro-affirming approach that respects who you are and how your brain works.
Coaching Packages 2026
-
The Activation Session - $175
This is a circuit-breaker session for when things feel stuck, heavy, or overwhelming.
In ONE 60 minute-session, we get honest about what’s actually blocking your momentum (not just the surface-level frustrations), and we map out clear, practical next steps that fit your brain and your life.
And to follow-through, you get 7 days of accountability check-ins from me so you don’t lose steam the second life starts happening again.
-
Momentum Builder - $520
This package is about creating momentum that actually lasts.
Across THREE 60-minute sessions, we work together to build systems, routines, and strategies that feel supportive, not restrictive or punishing. This isn’t about forcing yourself into someone else’s version of productivity; it’s about designing a way of working and living that fits your ADHD brain.
You’ll receive between-session support, so you’re not left trying to figure things out alone.
-
The ADHD Identity Reset - $1000
This is deep, supported, transformational work.
Over SIX 60-minute sessions, we overhaul the way you understand your ADHD, relate to yourself, make decisions, organise your life, and show up in the world. This is mindset + structure + self-respect, woven together in a way that’s practical and humane.
You’ll receive priority support and weekly check-ins, because meaningful change doesn’t happen in isolation or in 60-minute blocks alone.
An ADHD Coach works with you to…..
Understand your brain
Once you know you have ADHD, coaching is about making sense of what that means for you. We explore your strengths, what’s already working well, and the areas you’d like to improve.
Clarify your goals
Through powerful questions, your coach helps you dig deep into what you truly want to achieve. Together, we set clear, realistic goals, one at a time.
Create strategies that stick
You’ll learn practical, repeatable steps that fit into your daily life. These strategies are designed to be simple, sustainable, and tailored to the way your brain works.
Hold you accountable
A good coach checks in, follows up, and celebrates your wins so that you always feel supported and motivated.
Works alongside other therapies
ADHD coaching is NOT a substitute for medical care, therapy, or medication. It complements these supports, giving you another powerful tool in your ADHD toolbox.
is coaching for you?
Think of it like learning to drive your ADHD brain after finally working out how the controls work. You can finally get where you actually want to go.

FAQs
-
I get to know you first. I want to know who you are, what your vibe is, and what makes you tick (and what gives you the ick). Once I know what lights you up we can use this to spark a flame in your regular, day-to-day chores and activities that you might struggle with. We work on one thing at a time. We practise together before you take your new skills out in to your real life. I value your strengths and leverage these at all times.
-
Therapy often explores past experiences and emotions, while coaching is future-focused. We work together on setting goals, finding strategies, and creating positive routines that actually stick.
-
The cost of each session is roughly the same as a private tutoring session with an experienced and highly qualified teacher (me).
-
When I work with teenagers, I insist on the family getting involved too so that everyone feels confident and equipped to support the ADHDer. I help families understand and interpret medical or school documents, prepare for and join in school meetings, build positive partnerships with the young person’s teachers and school, and provide strategies to support them at home.
-
I recommend having at least three sessions so we can dig deep and make change. The little seeds I plant with you take time to grow. You leave my sessions with a plan to practise one skill. I check in with you to follow up, and then at our next session, come back to add to your toolbox.
-
No. While ADHD is a focus area, I also support people who are autistic, dyslexic, or simply looking to better understand their unique brain and learning style. My coaching is neurodiversity-affirming and inclusive, based in neuroscience, and collaborative.
-
Most sessions run for anywhere from 30 minutes up to 1 hour. Sessions can be done face-to-face at a studio in Newcastle, or online. Weekly or fortnightly sessions work best to maintain momentum, but we can adjust depending on your needs.
-
Any neurodivergent adult or teenager, or their family, who is seeking support and advocacy.
-
Absolutely they can. I’ve spoken at Independent secondary schools, primary schools and conferences. I always dig down to the core of your needs and create my presentations to meet them head on.
